Alpha Dog Rewards Program

Overview

The Alpha Dog Rewards program is Alpha Tech Pet’s multi-tiered reward program in which customers like you can earn Reward Points for every dollar spent on our website (excluding taxes and shipping). Those Points can then be redeemed in future purchases to be applied towards the cost of more product.

What tier you are in depends on how much you have spent in a rolling 12-month period. When you make your first purchase, your 12-month period will begin. A year after your first purchase, orders older than 12 months will not count towards your current tier. Moving forward, your window will include the 12-months before the current date (for example, on April 4, 2024 your 12-month window will include all purchases made between April 4, 2023 and April 4, 2024).

Perks & Incentives

All Alpha Dogs will continue to receive the exceptional customer service that Alpha Tech Pet is known for, but they will also receive additional perks depending on their tier status:

Bonus Points will be awarded on the 1st of every month (or the next available business day).

Members with Priority Order Processing have the added benefit of always having their orders at the top of our to-do list! Most often, this will mean an order placed before 2pm will be processed the same day. This is our way of saying “Thank you!” for your loyalty.

Additional Earning Opportunities

Making purchases isn’t the only way to earn Points! Doing things like leaving product reviews, commenting on Blog posts, Referring friends, and sharing our products and blogs to Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest are all ways to earn extra points!

Restrictions/Limitations

Distributors are not eligible for the Alpha Dog Rewards Program.

Purchases not made using the Alpha Tech Pet website are not eligible to earn Points, nor can Points be redeemed on such purchases. Additionally, these purchases do not count towards a Member’s qualifying spend.

Points are earned based on the subtotal of products after discounts, and before taxes, shipping, and/or any other additional fees are applied.
